Quick-Fix Series - Corned Beef


The blog has been silent the past days. I got the flu bug first and then everyone in the household followed. My sweet baby was not spared and is still has occasional cough.



So while I was sick, Papsi was the one in charge of the kitchen and I told him to just prepare anything quick and easy. One day we had a brunch of Corned Beef from Hereford.


We prepare Corned Beef differently depending on the brand. For imported brands, we like them simply stir-fried or heated. Open the can, use a non-stick pan, put a little oil, add some garlic and onions and dump the contents. Let the corned beef heated through for about 5 minutes and serve.
