Today, August 21, we commemorate the death of Benigno Aquino Jr.
This is also a sad day as we mourn the loss of DILG Secretary Jesse Robredo. The office of the President through Transportation Secretary Mar Roxas, has confirmed that technical/foreign divers were able to recover the body of Robredo at 8:15 am today.
The pilot Capt, Jessup Bahinting and co-pilot Kshitz Chand were also found but are yet to be recovered since they were stuck on the cockpit with their seatbelts still on.
Three days ago, Piper Seneca crashed off the waters of Masbate en route to Naga from Cebu.
Rest in Peace Sirs! Our prayers to the families of Robredo and his companions.
